Yesterday marked the exit of another FIFA game, which will take over our lives over the next few months.
Over the years, new consoles, HDTVs, and 4k pictures have made a game like FIFA much better.
For example, Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel messi actually look like themselves rather than your average Argentinian or Portuguese boy.
However, since players are allowed preview access through EA’s pre-order and game, PS5 gamers have complained because of the lighting and texture of the game, when it actually looks a lot better on the PS4 console.
The photos show how the landscape fades and darkens when a player is about to kick the ball off a free kick. While some think it was deliberate, others think the game’s creators took a shock.
One gamer commented “I thought my TV was down for a second,” while commenting on Reddit.
“The blurry effect seems intentional,” explained another. “Like that’s supposed to make the situation more intense.
“Given their track record, I wouldn’t put such an obvious bug in front of them if it wasn’t intentional, but I like it.”
“I found the grass on the pitch to be extremely washed out,” said another player. “Almost like a texture is missing. Comparing it to the PS4 version, where it looks a lot nicer in detail and texture. That must be an obvious bug / error.”
Even before a ball is kicked, a panoramic view of the stadium looks more cartoonish than in real life.

Although EA is known for its questionable servers and inconsistency with game content and functionality, this is expected early in a launch.
Especially when he has a high caliber like FIFA.
