“The Misty Experiment: The Secret Battle For The Ho Chi Minh Trail” is a one-hour documentary about a special US Air Force squadron whose pilots volunteered for one of the most dangerous aerial missions in Vietnam War. Their mission: to search for enemy supply transports and anti-aircraft installations concealed in the network of trails and waterways known collectively as the Ho Chi Minh Trail.

The squadron also led on-scene rescue operations for American and Allied aircrews shot down while flying over the jungles of North Vietnam and Laos.
