This year’s event is the largest to date, with 42 artists, including 13 new artists, and covers a very wide range of media: sculpture, painting, photography, metalwork, encaustic, printmaking, illustration, pottery, weaving, textile art and designer. jewelry.
RAW is getting stronger with the publicity and grants that support the Folk Art Festival, including a grant for the second year in a row from the well-respected Chartwell Trust. This year, the team developed a new “Raglan Arts Guide” booklet, launched a new website and purchased posters from professional artists with funding.
The preview exhibition will be open daily from October 1 (including weekends) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. until October 25, 2021 at The Old School, 5 Stewart Street, Raglan.
