Valley Forge Fabrics, a supplier of custom textile products to the hospitality industry, revealed Yeldina Beauchamp (pictured above) as senior creative and marketing director. This transition follows the restructuring of the management of the company’s internal marketing department and the upcoming digital transformation of the entire company, from quote to payment.

For the past six years, Beauchamp has provided leadership within Valley Forge’s marketing and communications teams and has 15 years of experience in graphic design, visual communications and marketing. Previously as Creative Director with growth to senior management, her responsibilities included overseeing all creative, advertising, social media, events, trade shows, training sessions and communications. Additionally, Valley Forge has added a junior graphic designer and communications coordinator position to the award-winning team.

Beauchamp said: “Design is really a dance. Partners are your product and your audience. Allowing this chemistry to guide you will effortlessly communicate your message visually. It’s magic.

Shannon Francis, previously brand manager, will join Valley Forge’s digital program management department as a newly created digital and technical trainer for Valley Forge Fabrics. The company’s investment over the past two years in digitizing the business has created high-level opportunities for specialist skills. Francis has played a vital role within the marketing department for the past 12 years. In his new role, Francis will lead the company-wide training required for Valley Forge’s digitization processes and work as a cross-functional resource between the business analytics and program management teams.

“Yeldina has been an incredible colleague and wonderful friend for many years, and I’m confident that with her leadership and creative vision, Valley Forge’s marketing department is in good hands,” said Francis.

This transition will take place in July and the two leaders will be consolidated in their new roles by the end of the month. The Valley Forge Fabrics marketing team will continue to work directly under the leadership of Diana Dobin, COO and Chief Sustainability Officer of Valley Forge Fabrics.

“There is nothing more rewarding as a leader than seeing the growth and success of my team. Both Yeldina and Shannon deserve these opportunities, and I am so grateful to them for choosing Valley Forge as a place to develop their careers,” said Diana Dobin.
